Training in use of filtration equipment
Chem Sur collaborates with companies which are worldwide market leaders in the development, production and sales of filtration equipment and many other techniques and appliances. Chem Sur provide hands-on training courses for two very large producers of filtration equipment, and provide training courses at various levels for people who work with the filtration equipment made by these producers; this may take place in the laboratory, but also on-site: at an oil refinery, for example. On request, the training courses are provided worldwide.
A contaminated tank of petroleum oil, natural gas or chemical products? Chem Sur will take care of it
Chem Sur's people have very specialised knowledge of chemicals and filtration. Consequently, we are regularly called in to deal with far-reaching challenges, such as rendering a tank of petroleum oil, natural gas or chemical products usable again after it has become contaminated during mixing, and has therefore become (partly) unusable and worthless. This can happen when, for example, certain sediments, water, ash or other particles have entered it.
Chem Sur's speciality lies in understanding how and why a specific sediment (or other substance/mixture) is present in the contaminated tank, and in then removing it by applying various techniques. We carry out research for you on the basis of a sample of the load, or we manage to separate the various substances from each other in the laboratory in such a way that your load of petroleum oil, natural gas or chemical products regains its value. If that is the case, we then apply it to one barrel, for example, and subsequently to the entire tank. With such a project, this method of working, in combination with our qualifications and references, ensures that you can call us in with confidence.
